It’s been a while since we heard from Zero-G about their latest Vocaloid, Tonio, the male counterpart for Prima. Well, luckily for us MasterVocaloid/Giuseppe has release Tonio’s first demo today.
Still no word on when Tonio is to be release, but seeing this demo gives me hope that he will be available or purchase soon.

To celebrate Sonika’s birthday Zero-G has decided to launch another competition. In this contest you will make up a song that was made for Sonika.
Rules:
To enter the competition send us an mp3 of an original song that you made for Sonika.
The song can be sung by any Vocaloid or even by you.
The song can be acapella (ie with no instruments) or fully arranged.
It can be a whole song with verses and chorus or it could just be a short melody
Prizes:
Chances to win a copy of Sonika, Prima, or Tonio (Yes, that right yo have a chance to win the upcoming new male Engloid.
Plus adding on to that your song will be arranged and produced for Sonika by professional musicians.

I’m happy to announce that I was lucky enough to get an interview with Zero-G. Under the cut the company talks about the development of Sonika, plans for their older Vocaloids, as well as talk at bit about Tonio.
Do you know that there are a lot of good Engloid producers…who are not on Nico Nico. I know as impossible as it seem they are actually some good Vocaloid producer right on youtube. Here I’ll give you some examples:

It’s kind of hard for me to believe that Prima turns 2 this year. It seems that the little opera singer has been around longer then those short years, but believe it or not Prima is now 2. Happy Birthday, Prima!

Hey, guys. I just wanted to post a little reminder that in a few more days, 3 English Vocaloids will be celebrating their birthdays.
The youngest celebrating will be our favorite little opera singer, Vocaloid Prima, who will be turning 2 on January 14th.
The next two birthdays is of course, Leon’s and Lola’s, who will be turning the big 5 on January the 15th.
So, if your a huge Engloid fan try to do something special on those days to show that your happy that these three softwares were created.
Engloids, a club I have created on DeviantArt, is now having 2 contests in celebration of Leon, Lola, and Prima’s upcoming birthdays.

Recently Vocaloid Otaku added a thread where English speaking lyricists, artists,fandubbers and producers can get together and collaborate and critique each other.
The forum has only been up for one day and already there are also some Vocaloid Challenges and Projects in the process.
If you are any of the things listed above this would be a great place for you to show off your work.

Zeon is a spirit trapped inside a mirror that likes to posses other vocaloids body for fun. He first appeared in Crossfrown’s Phantom pv. It is said that he is suppose the represent Leon’s deeper voice.

Leona first appeared singing Interstllar Flight. Her voice is very high pitch and is often times confused with Kion’s
